exotic_tomato_bisque Exotic Tomato Bisque - This secretly simple tomato bisque, is delightfully delicious, and, because it’s chilled, it is also very refreshing! A great summer soup, it allows the family to have a leisurely, outdoor meal, without worring about it getting cold!

Main Ingredient: Vegetable Juice, Tomato

Ingredients to make Exotic Tomato Bisque

1 1/2 cups vegetable juice cocktail
1 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 Tomatoes

Directions to make Exotic Tomato Bisque

Step 1:In a blender container, combine vegetable juice cocktail, yogurt, 4 tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Cover and blend at medium speed until smooth. Cover and refrigerate several hours to blend flavours
